XzLedger processes business contact information, accounting-ledger extracts and supplier statements only to provide reconciliation and finance-control workflows.

Data handling

Customer finance data is intended to remain private, tenant-scoped and access-controlled. Production retention, deletion, subprocessor and contractual terms should be finalized before broad commercial rollout.
